JERRY GIORDANA
President and CEO

Creating the Vision

Jerry is responsible for maintaining PCF’s status as the newspaper industry’s Fulfillment Company of Choice, and shaping the company’s vision for future success. Jerry is also committed to ensuring PCF’s reputation as a great place to work. He has been with PCF since its inception in 1984.

Jerry is credited with developing the company into the full-service, national organization it is today, by providing high-quality newspaper distribution and other newspaper circulation services to publishers for more than twenty years.

Jerry attended the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

 

THOMAS D. FOARD
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Planning the Future

Tom is responsible for the financial activities of the business.  He also works with the leadership team on business planning and strategic initiatives for the company. Tom joined PCF in March 2001.

Prior to joining PCF, Tom was the CFO of Maryland Baseball and has also held financial positions with Millennium Chemicals and Burlington Industries.  Tom has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he was also an undergraduate.  Tom is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified in Financial Management.

Tom serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Association of CPAs.

 

JOSEPH BLUNDO
Vice President of Contact Center Operations
Growing and Caring for the Subscriber

Joe is responsible for managing PCF’s contact center operations, which provide customer care and outbound telesales services to the company’s newspaper publishing clients. Joe joined PCF in November 2004.

Prior to joining PCF, Joe was a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, New York, where he developed and managed the overall business strategy and execution of customer acquisition, retention and growth for the retail phone channel.   Joe brings over 20 years of sales and customer service management experience, including channel management, marketing customer segmentation, CRM and customer value management.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, in South Orange, NJ.

 

KEVIN DALY
Vice President of Distribution Services
Delivering the Promise

Kevin is responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s newspaper distribution services operation across the United States, overseeing more than 1.5 million daily home and office deliveries, plus special added-value programs, for over 50 clients.  He joined PCF, Inc. during its acquisition of Community Newsdealers Inc. (CNI) in January 2002.

Prior to joining PCF, Kevin held positions at CNI, including Controller, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Operations, CFO and Treasurer.

Kevin attended Bentley College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

 

JAMES F. BURBINE
Vice President, Home Delivery
Achieving Service Goals

Jim is responsible for driving performance improvement in order to provide our clients' readers with outstanding newspaper delivery service. He joined PCF in January of 2002 during PCF's acquisition of Community Newsdealers Inc. (CNI).

Previous to his current position, Jim was Director, NE Home Newspaper Delivery and Executive Director, Home Delivery at PCF. Prior to joining PCF and beginning in 1975, Jim held multiple roles at CNI and the Boston Globe. Early CNI positions included Telemarketing and Customer Service Manager, Operations Advisor and Boston Globe MIS System Liaison. He held the Boston Globe positions of Assistant to the Circulation Director, Circulation Manager and Senior Circulation Manager before returning to CNI as Vice President of Newspaper Home Delivery.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Management at the University of Lowell, currently known as University of Massachusetts Lowell.

 


THOMAS R. DRESSLER
Vice President of Growth and Development
Expanding Opportunities

Tom is responsible for PCF business growth in newspaper distribution services, with a focus on New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, and Western, Great Lakes and Midwestern regions. Tom joined PCF in January of 2001.

Prior to joining PCF, Tom was Home Newspaper Delivery Director at the New York Daily News. Previous positions included circulation, operational and sales roles at both Newsday and The Daily News.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the New York State Regents External Degree program, currently known as Excelsior College.

 

DANIEL HENNESSEY
Vice President of Information Technology
Innovating to Win

Dan is responsible for the development and implementation of technology initiatives, creation of strategic business plans involving IT, and Information Services product development and market positioning. Dan joined PCF in October 2004.  

Dan brings over 20 years of industry experience to PCF, Inc. including roles in Sales & Operations Management, Planning, and Systems & Technology. As Director of Circulation Fulfillment Systems for The New York Times, he helped develop national expansion and new business strategies, and was responsible for newspaper subscription systems supporting over 2 million subscriber accounts.

Dan holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Polytechnic University, NY and Bachelor of Science degrees in Theology and Behavioral Sciences from North Central University, MN.

 

DEBRA J. KALISH
Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Promoting Growth

Debra is responsible for driving growth through new business development and marketing initiatives. Debra joined PCF in September 2003.

Prior to joining PCF, Debra was Vice President of Key Account Marketing at Showtime Networks Inc., where she oversaw subscriber acquisition and retention programs for key cable and satellite clients, and helped to launch new video products. Previous positions included agency account management roles for credit card, publishing and telephony clients, and a consumer marketing position at Sports Illustrated.

Debra received her Bachelor of Arts from Brown University, Providence, RI and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.


JOE NEUHOF
Vice President of Business Development
 Building Beyond the Base

Joe is responsible for PCF business growth in newspaper distribution services, with a focus on New England, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Southern and Southwestern regions.  Joe joined PCF in January of 2002.

Prior to joining PCF, Joe was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for National News Distributing where he was instrumental in the development of the organization from inception to profitability. Joe also held various newspaper circulation management positions at The New York Times in major metropolitan markets. 

Joe attended Temple University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts.


PAUL ADAMS
Vice President of Systems Transformation
Leading Change

Paul is responsible for transforming business technology systems and processes, organizational change management, and project management office to evolve a capabilities strategy that supports growth and execution. Paul joined PCF, Inc. during its acquisition of Community Newsdealers Inc. (CNI) in January 2002.

Paul brings over 25 years of publishing industry experience to PCF. He has held management roles in Distribution Operations Management at CNI and senior Information Technology roles at both CNI and PCF. As the Executive Director of Information Technology at PCF, Paul was instrumental in realizing the vision for deployment of the PCF SAP / Symphony platform.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy Massachusetts.
